Description
Summit Business Media is hiring for an Administrative Coordinator in their Clearwater, FL office to handle different administrative duties.
Responsibilities will include daily mail service tasks and answering and directing incoming phone calls. Hired candidate will also assist, as needed, with data entry tasks and follow up and handle new employee phone information and related issues. Assist with other projects as needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years plus as an Adminstrative Assistant.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong office technology skills, including Word and Excel.
- Database experience a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Strong telephone presence, with excellent telephone receptionist skills.
- Work well under pressure and work with minimum supervision.
