Summit Business Media is hiring for a Database Administrator in their Erlanger, KY office. The Internet Database Developer provides implementation, documentation, troubleshooting, performance monitoring and change control support for Microsoft SQL Server (database) and Office SharePoint Server 2007 (SharePoint). We leverage SharePoint to publish our public facing media web sites, of which we generate several per month. You will produce and interpret SharePoint performance trends. Deploy and manage change control for new and updated web sites. Perform SharePoint sites capacity planning and alerting. Designs, configures, administers, and maintains SharePoint and SQL Server. Verify and maintain database integrity, recoverability, security and performance. This database administration role applies to multiple applications beyond SharePoint, including e-commerce and custom development.

· Candidates should be self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies.
· SQL Server database programming and administration
· Two years experience, required.
· Microsoft ASP.NET web development.
· IIS 6.0 and general networking TCP/IP knowledge.
· BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
