Summit Business Media Announces Acquisition of Advanced Planning Press; Extends Electronic Offerings

New York, N.Y – May 5, 2008 – Summit Business Media, LLC, a leading business information company, today announced its acquisition of Advanced Planning Press, publisher of OnlineAUS, a leading electronic resource for financial advisors and insurance companies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Advanced Planning Press electronically publishes OnlineAUS (also known as the Advanced Underwriting Service), the most comprehensive library of advanced sales information for financial advisors in the industry. OnlineAUS has become an essential reference tool for those advisors selling complex solutions in areas such as estate planning, life insurance, annuities and benefits. Robert Adler, the president of OnlineAUS, has twenty-six years of experience in the legal and insurance fields and is a widely recognized expert in this field.
